We are seeking an Architect/Designer with experience in residential remodeling. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
This job involves designing a wide variety of residential remodeling projects using our Design/Build process. This includes: generating interior/exterior finishes using CAD system to enter the required data, preparing material estimates, presenting design concepts to clients, and assisting our production team to resolve design and product issues through the completion of the project.
Compensation is based on experience
Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental insurance and retirement plan.
Minimum Requirements: A degree in Architecture/ Design; advanced knowledge of and proficient in CAD.
Preferred Requirements: We produce our jobs in Chief Architect Premier X3 and proficiency in this program is an advantage; thorough technical understanding of residential remodeling; superior design skills and the ability to deliver practical, cost effective solutions; and sound knowledge of residential planning issues and building regulations are a plus.

We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.

We are seeking a seasoned Salesperson with at least 4 solid years of experience in residential construction. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
This job involves selling construction projects using our Design/Build process. This includes: managing the preliminary design process, preparing a preliminary and then final estimate, developing a project scope of work, creating a project proposal, and selling it to the client.
Compensation is based on experience and consists of cash flow plus commission.
Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, plus group bonus.
Minimum Requirements: Salesperson must have proven experience in residential remodeling with the ability to estimate, sell, manage and help design/engineer residential/commercial construction projects.
Preferred Requirements: Sandler sales, familiarity with home performance contracting and green building, strong computer knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
