Sun Design is Currently Looking for Sales Executives
We are seeking seasoned salespeople with at least 4 solid years of experience in residential construction to join our vibrant sales team. We need a team player who puts customer service first, works well with others, and respects the process we follow to get the job done. We appreciate flexibility, willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
This job involves selling construction projects using our Design/Build process. This includes:
- Managing the preliminary design process
- Preparing a preliminary and then final estimate
- Developing a project scope of work
- Creating a project proposal
- And selling it to the client
Compensation is based on experience and consists of cash flow plus commission. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental insurance and retirement plan.
Minimum Requirements: Salesperson must have proven experience in residential remodeling with the ability to estimate, sell, manage and help design/engineer residential/commercial construction projects.
Preferred Requirements: Sandler sales, familiarity with home performance contracting and green building, strong computer knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
