In Rob’s spare time, he enjoys sports, spending time with his family, mission work and volunteering with the youth program at his church.
Jeremy Fleming, Production Manager
Jeremy joined Sun Design in 1995 as a Carpenters Helper. Now, as a Production Manager, he helps provide clarity and remove obstacles during the remodeling process.
Jeremy’s experience weaves through Sun Design’s company roles, gaining him hands-on experience in the field, as well as over nine years of Designer experience and several award winning projects.
“I love the core value of growth of the individual here at Sun Design,” Jeremy said, “I’m a living testament to Sun Design’s approach to personal development and advancement.”
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys snowboarding, teaching himself computer programing languages, and working on his house with his wife.
Mike Linder, Project Manager
Mike joined Sun Design in 2012 as a Lead Carpenter, and has since transitioned to Project Manager. As a project manager he mentors the field team, teaching them through hands-on work and supervision how to excel at carpentry.
Working everything from a technician to a draftsman, he brings with him thirty-five years of experience in the remodeling field.
“Sun Design’s business and family culture is what drew me to the company. Everyone is like a family member here, and the quality of our work and dedication leaves me feeling good at the end of the day.”
In his free time Mike enjoys restoring classic cars and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Greg Gunther, Project Manager
Greg started with Sun Design in 2014 after 25+ years as a Colorado commercial and residential contractor. As Project Manager, Greg ensures that our carpentry and trade staff has all the training and tools they need to effectively run their jobs, and support our clients throughout the remodeling process. In addition to helping our carpenters grow, he helps manage project trade-walks, estimate reviews, and special order reviews.
Greg says, “This is a fantastic group of people. I feel supported and challenged; I feel like I contribute to the greater good of our team, and our internal and external clients. It’s rewarding on so many different levels.”
In his free time Greg enjoys exploring local historical sites, fly-fishing, and his growing family. “Life is too short,” Greg says. “My wife and I purposefully relocated to be a part in our two daughter’s lives, and to be MiMi and Jeep to our grandson.”
Jeff Nichols, Warranty & Services Manager
Jeff started with Sun Design in 1999. He was promoted from Project Manager to Warranty & Services Manager in July of 2013. In addition to Jeff’s promotion to Warranty & Services Manager, he is on Sun Design’s board of advisors and provides critical insight from his hands-on experience in the field.
Jeff has more than 25 years in the construction business and has the designation of Certified Remodeler from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler from the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Jeff says, “I like working for Sun Design because it is fun and a great balance of work and family life.” His favorite hobby is boating with his family.
